How One Pool USA Installs a Luxury One-Piece Swimming Pool
A Smarter Way to Build Pools
Traditional pools are built entirely on site, often taking months of excavation, forming, waterproofing, and tiling.
The One Pool changes this completely.
Your pool is designed, engineered, manufactured, tiled, and water-tested in the factory, then delivered ready to install — resulting in faster timelines, cleaner sites, and predictable results.
Luxury One Piece Pools & Spas
Delivered in one piece. Installed in weeks
Step 1
Excavation & Base Preparation
The first stage of installation is preparing the site.
The pool location is excavated to the required dimensions
A level, reinforced concrete slab is installed to provide a stable structural base
The slab is engineered to support the hybrid steel-reinforced pool shell
Groundworks and excavation are typically carried out by local contractors, following our detailed drawings and specifications.
This foundation ensures long-term stability and structural performance.
Step 2
Delivery, Craning & Positioning
Once the base is ready, your One Pool arrives on site fully manufactured and fully mosaic-tiled.
The pool is delivered in one piece (or multiple sections where access requires)
A crane lifts the pool into position with precision
The pool is aligned, levelled, and set onto the concrete base
The surrounding space is carefully backfilled and secured
For restricted access sites or larger pools, sections can be joined on site using mechanical fixings, structural adhesives, fiberglass reinforcement, and welded seams, creating a seamless, monolithic structure.
Step 3
Connection, Filtration & Commissioning
After placement, the pool systems are connected and commissioned.
Filtration & Heating
Each pool is supplied with a bespoke filtration and heating pack, specified to suit the pool size and usage.
Standard systems may include:
High-rate sand filters
Filtration and booster pumps
Air blower
Heating system (specified per project)
Control panel and piezo buttons
Optional automatic chemical dosing
All systems are designed for ease of access, maintenance, and long-term reliability — particularly important for hospitality and wellness environments.
Step 4
Fill, Test & Handover
Once connected:
The pool is filled
Systems are tested and balanced
Lighting, jets, and optional features are commissioned
Final checks are completed
Your pool is then ready to use.
Because every One Pool is factory water-tested before delivery, structural integrity and watertightness are already verified before installation even begins.
